I was a bit of an overachiever in high school, and graduated as the Senior Class VP. When our ten-year class reunion came around, I helped lead the planning and promotion of the party. Focused on using my strengths, I created this flyer to be distributed by fellow classmates on their personal social media channels.
I created the flyer using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign. While designing, I wanted a personal, fun look and feel, while also playing to a mature aesthetic with black and gold elements. I layered the background with light bursts to add a nightlife feel to the design.
The night I posted this flyer on our Facebook group, over 50 people shared it, and it essentially became the visual invite for the reunion. Overall, this was lots of fun, and I’m glad I was able to contribute to the party in such an artistic way.
